Heads Up: Annual Training Due May 31

Annual training this year began on April 8 and must be completed by May 31. Completion of annual training is mandatory for all UMMS team members.

This training can be accessed through your UMMS U account via Infor (previously HRConnections) or the UMMS U log in page. Once you are in UMMS U, you will see your assigned Annual Training courses in the “Your Training” section or on your transcript via the “My Training Record” button.  If you do not have access to Infor (contractors, volunteers, MWPH team members, etc.), click here.

New Team Members — Team members hired on or after April 1 will be assigned mandatory annual training the following calendar year.

Team Members on Approved Leave of Absence — Team members returning from an approved leave of absence before June 1 must complete annual training by the deadline stated above. Team members returning to work on or after June 1 but before December 31 must complete annual training within 30 days of returning to work.

Failure to Complete Training — This training is mandatory, as required by regulations. Please take the time to complete the training at your earliest convenience before the training window closes on May 31. Following our annual training policy, all team members must complete the training as a condition of ongoing employment with the System.
