Helen Taylor, a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patient in Chestertown, made a very thoughtful donation during the Chester River Health Foundation’s “Honor A Caregiver” spring campaign. Her gift was in honor of all the nurses who helped her recover after a heart attack.
She said, “I am here because of these ladies, and I am so grateful to them. They are caregivers to all of us but also, we are friends.”
