UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown was presented with the Guardian of Excellence Award at the Press Ganey Human Experience Conference in Orlando, FL in February for the EC team’s excellent performance in the patient experience category. The Guardian of Excellence Award, shown being presented to Jenny Bowie, UM SRH SNO and Senior Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services, honors organizations that have reached the 95th percentile for patient experience, employee or physician engagement, or clinical quality performance based on the past one year of data.
