Executive & Leader Rounding Update

Team-Strength
The first Executive & Leaders Rounding, held June 15, generated a lot of valuable feedback from team members. Topics discussed at each location included what we do well, what we need to improve and identification of issues that may harm patients and/or team members, and issues that need to be addressed right away.
Below are highlights from the comments received:
What we do well:

  • Employees truly care for one another; we respect each other … good team work
  • On Easton Tele – staff huddle each morning at change of shift to learn about patients
  • CNA program offered free to staff
  • Ken Kozel’s forums are good and this type of Rounding is a good thing
  • The variety of services under one roof at the DIC is convenient for patients
  • Communicate well and work well together
  • Compass newsletter is good; posting of information online is good
