Auxiliary Events
Dorchester General Hospital Auxiliary Luncheon and Robin Hood Fashion Show – Tuesday, 5/10, 12:30pm, Immanuel United Church of Christ, 5401 Whitehall Road, Cambridge. Auxiliary volunteers will model fashions donated to the Robin Hood Shop including clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories. Items will be available for purchase. Bazaar Bag Sale – Tuesday, 5/24, 10am-7pm, 121 Federal Street, Easton. Customers can fill a bag with shop merchandise for either $6 or $10. Bags will be provided by the Bazaar and can be filled with previously discounted clothing (punched tickets). Certain merchandise exclusions do apply; please see a shop volunteer for details. Operated by the Auxiliary of Memorial Hospital at Easton, which raises funds for University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton, The Bazaar is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm.  For more information about The Bazaar at 121 Federal Street or volunteer opportunities call 410-822-2031. American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure – Sunday, 5/22, 9am-3pm. The event takes place at Talbot County Community Center in Easton, MD. This is a cycling event to raise money for the American Diabetes Association. 8th Annual Prostate Cancer Tournament – Thursday, 5/12, 11am, River Marsh Golf Club at the Hyatt Regency, Cambridge. Participation in the 2016 Prostate Cancer Golf Tournament will provide support, in memory of David Whitby, to help advance healthcare excellence and improve outcomes for prostate cancer patients at the University of Maryland Shore Regional Cancer Center. 2nd Annual NO BULL 5K RUN – Saturday, 5/14, Race day registration and bib pick-up will begin at 9:00 am, NO BULL 5K will start at 10am.  This scenic 5k will take place through the beautiful vineyards at The Triple Creek Winery located in Cordova which is nestled on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
