In preparation for American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Magnet mock visit (February 13-15, 2024) and actual site visit (March 4-6, 2024), 233 team members voluntarily participated in online “flexi quizzes” designed to help prepare them for questions that Magnet surveyors could potentially ask at mock or actual site visits.
Beginning January 21 and ending February 26, weekly flyers invited team members to scan a QR code linking them to a unique quiz. Every week that a team member accessed the QR code, they were entered into the drawing, giving them more chances to win.
