Congratulations to the following team members who are CELEBRATE WITH HEART lottery winners for the month of January! Their names were randomly drawn from among the 226 team members who were recognized last month by their managers and 167 who were recognized by their peers.
Monthly lottery winners are notified and receive rewards points: 2500 points for recognition by a peer, 3750 points for recognition by a manager. Their names are listed on the site’s Recognition Wall. Compass will continue to announce CELEBRATE WITH HEART lottery winners each month.
