Narcan Training will be offered by Talbot County Health Department, January 29 and January 31, 2018 at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton in the Health Education Center. The training will be offered in three separate sessions on both days, as follows: 8-9 a.m., 1- 2 p.m. and 2-3 p.m.
