Very pleasant experience in at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown Cardiopulmonary Rehab. Sherrie Hill, RN had all the paper work ready for the registration from Dr. DeLeon. Very bright area. All staff were very helpful with monitor and hookup, and they explained the equipment and how it works.

At UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown, my nurse, Ryan, was excellent. I have anxiety and he was very patient and kind. He was very understanding — to help to keep me calm he went and got me a fan to help with my sweats from the anxiety.

During my stay in acute care at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, the staff – Marie, RN, Janice RN, Lilly, PCT, and Jason, RN – went above and beyond in every way possible to make my stay positive.

The nurses in Emergency at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester were very considerate and attentive. The doctor made sure I understood everything that was happening and why. I am 93 so my family was with me the entire time and they were made to feel welcome and kept informed. The whole ER team worked very well together. We are very lucky to have such a caring and talented emergency facility in our community.

In the Requard Center, my husband received the best physical and occupational therapy EVER! You not only helped my husband learn to walk on his prosthetic leg, you helped me help him. Dr. Wills is excellent and at the same time personable. He uses humor often and will sit down and TALK to his patients. Thank you to the wonderful, caring, outgoing staff – everyone!
