UM Shore Regional Health salutes National Healthcare Access Personnel Week, April 2 – 8, which honors the quality care our Patient Access team provides to patients from registration to checkout. These team members provide the first impression of our patient experience and serve as key component in putting every visit to UM Shore Regional Health in motion.
Established in 1982, National Healthcare Access Personnel Week is a week-long celebration of the people in the patient access profession. The date marks the anniversary of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, the national professional organization dedicated to promoting excellence within the field.
