On the countdown toward the April 1 deadline, 1680 UM Shore Regional Health team members have participated in HEART sessions scheduled in Chestertown, Dorchester and Easton. For Christine Clarke, service excellence coach/trainer, and the team of HEART facilitators, that means that just 499 more team members will be participating in the sessions scheduled during the remainder of the month.
“it’s exciting to see that we are more than three-quarters of the way toward our goal of 100 percent participation,” says Clarke. “The facilitators are doing a wonderful job and feedback from participants is very positive. The whole process has been very gratifying and I think that for so many of us, HEART already is helping us care for our patients, their families and each other with ways that reflect our Shore Regional Health values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and Service.”
