[At the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton], the intake coordinator was excellent. She was very courteous and assisted me in getting to my insurance info … since my wallet was in a jacket that I could not reach. The arrival and triage process was well orchestrated; all personnel were kind, courteous and understanding. The radiology staff was excellent — they actually QC’d their work before I was wheeled back to the ER to save additional trips for repeat x-rays. My ER nurse was awesome. She actually left me with a great feeling of being well cared for. The concern for my comfort and safety was paramount.

Dr. Jane Wang and Eric Green [at UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown] were very professional, courteous and I was very happy with their diagnosis of the issue and treatment. Nurses were extremely nice and friendly. My wife and daughter were very happy with the staff and treatment.

I was on IMC West/North at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown. The staff on all shifts were wonderful & so was the Emergency Room crew. Both my husband and I were quite impressed. Some names that come to mind: OR RN & (PT tech) RN aid staff = Becca (?), Rebecca, Elexes, Annette, Katie, Cheri, Dustin, Marjorie, Mary G, Stephanie and Ashleigh; food server = Frank; Respiratory = Phil, Terri, Joe and Dr. DeLeon. They all could not have been nicer or more helpful. All in all, A + experience. KUDOS.
