Just shy of 25 percent of UM Shore Regional Health’s 2258 team members have attended HEART sessions, Christine Clarke, service excellence trainer/coach reports.
“We’re pleased with the steady attendance but in order to make more progress, we are adding to the schedule,” says Clarke. “There will be sessions on Fridays in the Health Education Center at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton this month and next. The HEC is a large space so we can accommodate more team members on those days.”
Also, ten additional spaces have been added to all sessions at UM Shore Medical Pavilion Easton (Cadmus) as of last week.
