This staff is very friendly, it makes me feel good and welcomed [to the Regional Cancer Center] when I walk through the door way, with such beautiful smiles on their faces, saying good morning. I think that I can speak for so many people that this place is so comforting.
The staff at the registration desk at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester are very polite & always willing to assist. I was taken immediately. Staff in Radiology was wonderful as always. I trust the staff in the department and appreciate them. They were very understanding of the pain I was in & did everything possible to make me comfortable.

I want to add on a more personal note that having just spent two weeks visiting a family member who was hospitalized in Easton, my family and I were impressed with the many healthy selections available to us through your Food Services. I preregistered via phone for my mammography appointment at the Leh Women’s Center [at UM Shore Medical Center in Chestertown]. My excellent experience our Chestertown hospital was magnified by the short distance for me to drive there from home.
All the staff was excellent, especially the whole crew that does my infusion, pumping fluid from my liver disease 2 – 3 time a week. They me feel very comfortable and were reassuring – and were very concerned about all of my questions and gave me the do’s & dont’s. Thanks to Dr. Johnson & Dr. Cory and all of the assistants & nurses at the Infusion Center in Easton.
The technician LAURA at Shore Medical Pavilion at Queenstown is wonderful! She makes those mammograms easy-peasy! I have recommended this facility to many folks.
Acupuncturist Marie Nuthall at the Center for Integrative Medicine is wonderful and great at her service! She helped me quite smoking and I will be 2 years smoke-free in March. She is a wonderful, caring person and an asset to UM Shore Regional Health.
The new Clark Breast Center is a very nice environment. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional — I was very impressed with each one I encountered. Patients tend to be under a lot of stress in this environment and a smile and comforting tone go a long way. Dr. Forlifer was awesome, I would definitely recommend her.
