The staff at UM Shore Rehabilitation Center at Cambridge and the Balance Center recently adopted a family through the Cambridge branch of the Salvation Army. With a list provided by the Salvation Army, staff members purchased and wrapped a bags and boxes of Christmas gifts so that their adopted family would have a happy holiday season.
“We are happy to get involved with such a worthy cause; it really brought the Christmas spirit to life,” says Kelly Marchetti, clinical specialist at UM Shore Regional Health’s Balance Center in Cambridge. “We encourage others to get involved with the community and do what they can to help.”
