The November Executive Rounding generated feedback from the following areas:
Cardio Pulmonary Wellness & Fitness/SMC at Easton:
- The team works well to monitor their patients, particularly when they are getting on and off of the machines.
- Special recognition to Matt and Tracy for their recent accomplishments.
Shore Behavioral Health/SMC at Dorchester:
- Kevin and Diane from EVS are wonderful employees who always do a good job.
- Cheryl from Pharmacy is the best.
- Security– always has our backs; high caliber group of individuals; customer-oriented; work hand-in-hand with SBH team; always there when we need them; “we call, they come”
- Jackie from Dietary, Sherry Thomas, Cheryl from Pharmacy, Chris Durham-Pressley and Nichole Callaway received special appreciation.
UM Shore Medical Pavilion at Chestertown
- Janelle, medical assistant in Dr. Parry’s office, was recognized for her dedication
Pain Management/UM SMC at Easton
- Entire team received credit – “they all jump in and help, they work together, caring, compassionate.
- Cathy Asche described as “amazing, knows everything and has many resources to contact.”
Joint Replacement Center/UM SMC at Easton
- The unit has developed a staple removal clinic as fewer patients are getting home health. The clinic is Monday mornings and to date has met with satisfaction. If the patient is having problems, the surgeon is in the OR and can check in on the patient while he or she is here.
- Staff have been doing 48 hour call backs for quite some time. Staff can monitor if patients are having pain management problems, sleeping difficulties or general questions/concerns.
