The Robin Hood Shop recently held its 59th Birthday Celebration. Operated by the Dorchester General Hospital Auxiliary, the Shop features clothing for the entire family, jewelry, fashion accessories, housewares – including linens, dishes and home décor items – gift items, books, toys and games. All merchandise is donated directly to the Shop from the local community.
Located at 416 High Street in Cambridge, the Shop’s business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Volunteers are currently being sought for Robin Hood; for information about ways in which to become a volunteer with the Dorchester General Hospital Auxiliary, call (410) 228-6339. All sales conducted by the Robin Hood Shop are for the benefit of equipment, programs, services and patient care at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester.
