University of Maryland Shore Regional Health recently hosted a group of Vietnamese visitors for a tour of UM Shore Medical Center at Easton. Two physicians and one hospital administrator joined the UM SRH marketing team on a tour of the Birthing Center, ICU and Emergency Department. The group was joined by local, retired physicians, Drs. James and Judy Gieske, both of whom have spent time teaching in Vietnam. The visitors, Duong Tan Phong, Nguyen Ngoc Tien and Nguyen Mai, are working to build a modern American hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
