The Grapevine Café at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton recently upgraded their menu with expanded breakfast and lunch options.
Breakfast options will now include a new breakfast bar with a hot special of the morning, a muffin and Danish of the day, assorted bagels with a variety of cream cheeses and a yogurt bar with fresh fruit and assorted toppings.
Lunch options will now include a meatless Monday choice, pizza of the day and a “Grab and Go”. In addition, Gerry Ward, chef manager, UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, will be having an “Action Station” twice a week that will include tossing a salad to order, carving, or making your new favorite sandwich.
“The arrangement of the food in the cafeteria is much more appealing; the variety for breakfast was that of a buffet at a high-end resort,” said one anonymous review. “One of the new items was a breakfast pizza and it was gone within minutes of being brought out. Luckily, the chef had another one in the oven that did not take too long to cook; well worth the wait!”
