Led by members of the Senior Leadership Team, UM SRH recently honored team members with service award presentations at The Tidewater Inn last week. A service award luncheon honored those celebrating 10 or 15 years of employment, and a service award dinner honored those celebrating 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years, as well as recent retirees. Hosted by Ken Kozel, President and CEO, and Kevin Braunskill, HR Business Partner, the events featured remarks by members of the senior leadership team praising the honorees.
“Our team members’ loyalty to Shore Regional Health and their dedication to our UMMS values of compassion, discovery, excellence, diversity and integrity make me proud and grateful to be part of this team,” Kozel said. “It’s a privilege for me and my fellow senior leaders to congratulate each honoree personally as we handed out the service award certificates.”
Of special note, the following team members celebrated 45 years of service: Karen Bitter, Anne George, Pamela Kennedy, James Knotts, Demetria Potter and Janet Shivers. Celebrating 40 year of service were Lester Barrett, Sherrie Hill, Barbara Marshall, Luanne Satchell and Catherine Wright.
