As of Monday, June 24, 2024, two important changes are in effect to protect team members’ personal identifiable information from cyber threats and attacks:
• Kronos will transition to using UMMS Core Credentials. These credentials are the same user name and password used to login into UMMS computers, networks, Infor, Epic or VPN.
• Both Infor and Kronos will begin using Multifactor Authentication (MFA) when off-network only. In order to access Kronos and Infor when off network, you will be required to use Symantec VIP Access. This one-time security code will verify your identity when not on the UMMS network or VPN/remote access.
