With funding provided by the Shore Regional Health FUN Committee, the “Chestertown FUN Committee” pulled together ideas for a team-building scavenger hunt and selected six prizes. The scavenger hunt included a number of challenges, along the lines of “find someone who…’ has an exotic pet, has never been camping, speaks more than two languages, had more than two surgeries at Chestertown and does not like chocolate.
“We had a lot of fun with the “Find Someone WHO …” Scavenger Hunt,” said Lara Wilson, Interim Vice President, UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown. “Staff had to really get out there and talk to each other to find different co-workers to fill each square. Having nice prizes helped attract wide participation and participants learned a lot about each other. It was wonderful to see staff talking to each other across departments with this friendly competition!”
