The Chester River Hospital Center Auxiliary has office space for rent above the Nearly New Shop, located in downtown Chestertown at 320 High Street. The space is available immediately.
The 625-square foot office includes two rooms and a half bathroom. Previous tenants have utilized the space by using the large room as an office and smaller room as a client waiting area. The Auxiliary is seeking at least a one year’s lease and are asking $475 a month for rent that will include heat and water.
