Cell phone charging stations have been installed at 13 locations in UM Shore Medical Centers at Chestertown, Dorchester and Easton, UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown, the Cancer Center and the Diagnostic and Imaging Center.
According to Jo Anne Thomson, director, Patient Experience, the charging stations were suggested by the Patient Advisory Council as a convenience to accommodate patients and visitors. Some are wall units, some are standing units.
