Holiday Hour Usage
All accrued Holiday hours must be used by the end of the payroll year, December 23, 2017. Please plan accordingly. Holiday hours do not carry over to the next year. The Christmas Holiday always falls in the next payroll year, so you don’t need to worry about using those hours before the end of the last pay period of 2017.
Liberty Mutual Letters
Dates on Liberty Mutual letters that you receive regarding your leave of absence may be different than you expect them to be based on timing of documentation or certifications that are required from physicians. Always keep in touch with your physician’s office and Liberty Mutual if dates don’t line up the way you think they should. You need to know where the problem lies so that you can address whatever is needed.
Returning from Leaves of Absence
When returning from a medical leave of absence, with or without restrictions, you must check in with Employee Health Services before returning to work! EHS staff can be reached by calling 410-822-1000, ext. 5549.
