Local Ob-Gyn Joins Women’s Health Team at UM Shore Regional Health

Siddiqui_Lab CoatUniversity of Maryland Shore Regional Health recently welcomed local Ob-Gyn, Aisha Siddiqui, MD, FACOG, to its Women’s Health team.  Dr. Siddiqui is working with University of Maryland Community Medical Group – Women’s Health, a practice located at 508 Idlewild Avenue in Easton.
A board certified physician with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Siddiqui earned her undergraduate degree from University of Illinois at Chicago. After obtaining her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, she completed a residency and internship with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn, Michigan. During her time at Oakwood, Dr. Siddiqui held the position of Chief Resident of the department.
Dr. Siddiqui worked in private practice in Illinois until 2014, when she relocated to Easton. A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), she is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.

As a member of UM Community Medical Group – Women’s Health, in addition to her expertise in pregnancy and childbirth, Dr. Siddiqui offers annual well woman examination; breast and cervical cancer screening; colposcopy; initial evaluation of urinary incontinence; preventive health screening; menopausal management; family planning resources; and sexually transmitted disease screening and management. She also has special interest in minimally invasive surgery and is skilled in laparoscopic, robotic assisted laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries.
