Local Girl Scout Troop Aids in Comfort of Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

The Outpatient Chemotherapy department at UM Shore Regional Health’s Cancer Center recently received a donation from Easton-based Girl Scout Troop 323, which included gift bags for patients receiving chemotherapy. The bags contained word-find puzzles, pens and pencils, hard candy, lotion, chap stick, hand sanitizer and tissues — all items that help to provide comfort to patients of the Cancer Center.
