Additionally, he will be responsible for operations of the Diagnostic and Imaging Center.

He earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury and a certification in radiation therapy from Sentara Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia. Leutner later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Old Dominion University in Norfolk and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware.

A Hebron resident, Leutner is a delegate member of the Association of Community Cancer Centers, member of the American College of Health Care Executives, member of the Association of Cancer Executives and member of the American Society of Radiological Technologists. He is currently the chairman of the Talbot County Cancer Coalition and a past graduate (2009) of Shore Leadership.

“Brian’s experience, both clinically and operationally, make him a tremendous asset to our organization,” comments Ken Kozel, president and CEO, UM Shore Regional Health. “His commitment to innovative care and, most importantly, to the patient experience offered at Shore Regional Health will serve him and our entire organization well in this new endeavor.”
