Jones Named to Interim Leadership of Nursing and Clinical Services

Ruth Ann Jones, EdD, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, director, acute care and emergency services, has been named interim chief nursing officer for UM Shore Regional Health, Ken Kozel, president and CEO of UM SRH, has announced.  Jones’ transition will begin on January 18,  to allow for one week’s transition planning with Christopher Parker, who is leaving is position as chief nursing officer and regional senior vice president, clinical services, on January 22.  During the interim period, Jones will assume the position’s existing scope of responsibility to allow for a smooth and effective transition while also providing senior leadership with time to assess our structure and future capabilities.
