Human Resources recently welcomed two new business partners, Michael McDowell, MBA, PHR and Desiree Monroe, MBA. McDowell has been in the HR field for eight years and was most recently a strategic human resources technology lead. Monroe is a 10-year veteran of the HR field serving, and came to UM SRH from a Maryland health care organization where she was HR director.
McDowell and Monroe join HRBPs Tanya Gross and Kelley Mills. Additionally, Diane Wanex (formerly HR records clerk) has been promoted to the HR assistant position.
