Jill (Denton) Siena has joined the Human Resources team as an HR generalist dedicated to supporting UM Shore Regional Health team members in Kent County – UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, UM Shore Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and UM Chester River Home Care.
Siena is not new to Shore Regional Health; for the past three years, she has served as staffing specialist at the Nursing and Rehab Center in Chestertown. In that capacity, she provided HR support to all Center staff in addition to managing the schedules of patient care and support services staff.
A graduate of Wilmington University with a B.S, in Human Resources Management, Siena is currently pursuing a master’s in HR management, also from Wilmington University.
