The new Rewards and Recognition Program has been in effect for 25 days. To date, we have had 169 Peer to Peer Recognitions and 179 Manager to Team Member Recognitions! Isn’t that fantastic?
Important Reminders About “Points Awarded”…
- Points are awarded to the recipients of Peer to Peer and Manager to Team Member recognition categories via a “sweepstakes” format.
- All who are recognized will be entered into random drawings. Points will only be awarded to selected winners via the drawing, the following month.
- The winners will be notified by email that they have been selected and that points have been deposited into their accounts. We will also announce in Compass and on the website under the Social Tab where a News category will be created.
Remember that anyone can access the “Rules” (under the Program Info tab on the website that explains how points can be received and how many points are awarded for each category

Retiree Celebrations
Beginning October 1, 2017, retirees (10 years plus of service) will be recognized at the time of their retirement. We will have a celebration at the appropriate facility at a designated time and place near or on the last day of their employment. The celebrations will be held in the cafeterias of the respective facility or in a room that will be specified for off-site locations. We will have a celebration cake and Ken or his designee will present a certificate of appreciation and a letter congratulating the team member. Recognition points will be awarded at the time of retirement.
Thank you all for helping to make this a success for our organization! It has been truly rewarding to see and feel the excitement among our team members.
