HR News You Can Use: HR Connections Update, 403B Retirement Plan News and Holiday Meals Announcement

Employee Self-service is expanding! 

Beginning December 4, 2017, you will be able to do two new actions for yourself through Employee Self Service and HR Connections- no more dropping off forms to HR. You will be able to:

  1. Change your direct deposit allocations.
  2. Adjust your tax withholdings.

Video tutorials are available on HR Connections for both new services. How to access:

  • Reach HR Connections through the Intranet by clicking on the large link button.
  • Choose Employee
  • Video Tutorials
  • View the program on “how to”

New 403B Retirement Plan Support

Packets have been mailed to everyone’s homes this week with valuable information pertaining to the transition to the new 403B Retirement Plan, effective January 1, 2018.

There will be Prudential Representatives on-site to provide support and training as well as HR open sessions to help you understand the new plan.  Please refer to your packet for dates, times and locations (schedules also in HR Offices).

Please note that HR staff are not retirement planning or investment experts.  If you have questions about your individual accounts, please contact Prudential directly or visit a representative at one of the many times allotted for on-site visits during the month of December.

Holiday Meals

Mark your calendars!  Holiday meals will be served in our hospital cafeterias as follows:

  • Wednesday, December 13 at Easton,
  • Thursday, December 14 at Dorchester
  • Friday, December 15 at Chestertown.
