As part of a new approach to Rewards & Recognition, UM Shore Regional Health Human Resources will host timely retirement recognition celebrations for each retiree.
These occasions will be held at the appropriate location for the retiree on or near his or her last day of employment. Team members will be invited to stop by and express their congratulations and best wishes for the future.
All retirees will receive points on their retirement date so that they can shop for a gift that is meaningful to them or is just plain fun!
