Shore Regional Health is hosting a distinguished dinner event on October 19, 2017, celebrating our retirees and 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 year recipients. The evening’s festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Team members with 10 and 15 years of loyalty will be celebrated at an exclusive luncheon event on October 20, 2017. Check-in time will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Both events will be held at The Milestone in Easton.
Personal invitations will arrive in your home mailboxes during the first week of September. Please make sure we have your correct mailing address!

Reporting Time on Your Intermittent Leave
- You must report to Liberty Mutual your time used for a job protected absence within five days of the absence. Liberty Mutual also allows you to report an absence up to 30 days in advance.
- You must continue to follow normal call-out procedures within your department.
Ways to Report:
- Call 844-208-166 and select option #4, or
- Visit umms.org/hrconnections, then click on “Disability, FMLA, & Other Leaves” to connect to Liberty Mutual’s portal, then select ‘Reporting Intermittent Absence” on the left hand side and follow the steps to report your intermittent time out of work.
