Service Loyalty Celebrations
When & Where: The Milestone Restaurant October 19 (dinner) and October 20 (lunch). Can’t wait to see everyone who is celebrating a milestone or a retirement at these events.
Note: Team Members with five years of loyal sservice will receive their Certificates and Celebrate with HEART pins from their managers during the week of October 23, 2017 from their management.

Reminders:
- The flu vaccination is a Regular dose vaccine; egg-free vaccine will be available upon request.
- Bring your Employee Badge and wear short sleeves or loose fit shirt, if possible.
- If you have a valid Declination, you must wear a mask, October 1- April 1, 2018 while on duty.
- If you receive the vaccination elsewhere, send proof of such to Employee Health as soon as possible.
