Please welcome Barbara A. Hendricks who is serving as interim human resources director for UM Shore Regional Health. Hendricks is widely recognized for her accomplishments in creating employee relations strategies and launching HR solutions that increase efficiency, revenue and engagement, and we are delighted to have her on board with us as we chart the future course for HR leadership at UM Shore Regional Health.
As a member of the consulting team of the Washington, DC based T. H. Easter Consulting, Hendricks is a seasoned health care human resources leader who has held senior management positions at several hospitals, including Nanticoke Health Services in Seaford, Delaware. In addition to her health care management and consulting credentials, Barbara has considerable experience in talent development.
Hendricks holds master’s degrees from Capella University and Marymount University as well as an MBA from Strayer University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and senior certified professional through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
Hendricks has committed to remaining with UM Shore Regional Health for the duration of the search for a permanent human resources director.
