Giving Trees at Chestertown, Dorchester and Easton Hospitals Usher in Holiday Spirit

All three hospitals are now adorned with a gving treethat enables staff and volunteers to help make Christmas brighter by purchasing a gift for a child or adult in need.
The Salvation Army has partnered with UM Shore Medical Centers at Dorchester and Easton. The Foster Care divisions of Social Services in Kent & Queen Anne’s counties and Kent Center, the local provider of services for adults with developmental disabilities, have partnered with UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown.
Chestertown: The tree is displayed in “Memorial Hallway” (outside of the medical records department). Please choose a Snowman tag, shop, and return the wrapped gift/s with the tag attached to the Eleanor & Ethel Leh Women’s Center by December 15, 2017.

Dorchester and Easton: Trees are in the cafeterias. Please choose a tag from one of the trees and be sure to return the top portion of the tag with your unwrapped gift and place it under the tree. Gifts will be picked up on an ongoing basis until December 11, 2017.
