Providing free vaccinations to our staff, physicians and volunteers is one way UM Shore Regional Health fulfills its mission, “Creating Healthier Communities Together.” Employee Health Services has been receiving some calls regarding the flu vaccine; please note the flu vaccine clinic schedule, below:
Clinic Schedule (all days, 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.):
10/5/16 — UM SMC at Easton HEC, Rooms C&D
10/10/16 — UM SMC at Easton HEC, Rooms C&D
10/11/16 — UM SMC at Chestertown Education Center
10/12/16 — UM SMC at Dorchester 3rd floor Conference Room
10/17/16 — UM SMC at Dorchester 3rd floor Conference Room
10/20/16 — UM SMC at Easton HEC Rooms A&B
10/26/16 — UM SMC at Dorchester 3rd floor Conference Room
10/31/16 — UM SMC at Chestertown Conference Center, 2nd floor
11/8/16 — UM SMC at Easton Outpatient Conference Room
A few things to note:
- The egg free vaccine will be available at Employee Health Services
- You must BRING YOUR BADGE when you come to get your vaccine.
- The last day to get your vaccine is November 11, 2016.
- Vaccination is mandatory – declining is allowed only for religious or health reasons and documentation is required.
