The UM Shore Regional Health Employee Recognition and Rewards program introduced in October 2017 is up and running!!
Thanks to all team members who have taken a moment to go on to the Recognition and Rewards site (http://umshr.isrewards.com) to “CELEBRATE WITH HEART” the excellent work of their colleagues who go above and beyond to assist other staff as well as to provide the very best patient care.
The CELEBRATE WITH HEART program includes a monthly “lottery” through which the names of two team members recognized by a peer and 10 team members recognized by a manager are selected at random by ISrewards, the company that manages our CELEBRATE WITH HEART Rewards and Recognition program.
Monthly lottery winners are notified and receive rewards points: 2500 points for recognition by a peer, 3750 points for recognition by a manager. Their names are listed on the site’s Recognition Wall and they will receive further recognition by having their names appear in Compass.
Going forward, Patient Experience and HR staff are creating a new “Team Members of the Month” program. The launch of this new program is expected in March. Details to follow in future editions of Compass! For now, congratulations to our first three months’ CELEBRATE WITH HEART lottery winners, listed below:
