University of Maryland Shore Regional Health congratulates two “HEART Team Members of the Month” for August, 2018: Alice Smith, clinical support team member in Laboratory Services at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, and Nichole Calloway, bedside nurse in inpatient behavioral health at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester.
Calloway and Smith were selected based on their exemplary care and compassion for patients in need. As part of UM Shore Regional Health’s Celebrate with Heart recognition program, the Team Member of the Month honor promotes UM SRH values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.
