Patient Experience and Human Resources are pleased to announce the latest honorees in Shore Regional Health’s HEART Recognition and Rewards Awards Program that each month, celebrates two team members as Team Members of the Month.
Winners are selected each month from the Manager to Team Member wall of the Recognition and Rewards site (http://umshr.isrewards.com) based on comments submitted by managers and leaders that reflect “Above and Beyond” behaviors as well as commitment to one of the UM SRH Values: RESPECT, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, EXCELLENCE AND SERVICE.
Those honored as Team Member of the Month receive points in their accounts as well as recognition in Compass and on social media.
