I’ve been to A LOT of urgent care and emergency centers so I’m really experienced. Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown far exceeded my expectations for an ER. The doctor and nurse were friendly, personable, knowledgeable, courteous! They were both outstanding and had great bedside manner. The doctor was patient and kind when giving my son shots in his wound to numb it before stitches.

As upset as I was to have come to inpatient Behavioral Health, this place and the staff changed my life. The nursing staff was amazing. They answered all questions and requests and offered emotional support, compassion and were overall extremely kind. Dr. Anderson changed my life. Thank you to all. Love.

During my bone density scan at Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, everyone was so nice. The hospital is very nice, clean, and everyone was so friendly.

At the Diagnostic and Imaging Center, everything was there in place and no waiting time. I was treated as a person, not a number. Everyone on the team spoke with me, very comforting. Best experience, very responsive team of professionals, from nurse to doctors. Great follow up even after surgery. Keep up the great work – Five-star recommendation!
