Dana, the lead tech in radiology at the Diagnostic & Imaging Center, is really commendable. At the time of my CT scan there was some question as to whether or not it was safe for me to have IV contrast and she was extremely careful to make sure that she obtained all the information necessary, including a verbal confirmation from my doctor (who was in Baltimore) for a safe procedure. This caused some delay but everyone in radiology was very accommodating and professional, and in the end, the CT was done as ordered. Great job, all!

All the staff at Shore Behavioral Health was really great. They were really nice and smiled a lot. They all are amazing!! I really like the social worker involvement – because she not only did one-on-ones but also did group discussions.

The Community Wide Scheduling staff member whom I called to schedule my tests could not find the order in the system but went out of her way to talk to her supervisor to track down what was supposed to be done and to make sure I was scheduled in the right location. She was very polite and said she was sorry for the confusion even though it was not her fault because the order had not been put through yet.

As always Dr.Callahan and the nurses in his office as well as those on the 3rd floor O.R. at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, are courteous, professional and you get a real sense that not only do they know their job, they put in a lot of effort to do it well. I always feel like I’m in very competent hands and that’s beyond reassuring. Special shout out to Mary Pat, who always goes above and beyond in taking care of my medical needs. Love u Mary Pat!
