Type A flu landed me in the Emergency Department at Easton via ambulance on a Friday night. I could not breathe at all and was really scared but the emergency care was fast thorough. I spent most of the week on 4th floor telemetry under the care of Dr. Aggarwal and really terrific nurses techs, EVS and others. In addition to flu I had an onset of asthma and also am a cancer patient so my care is very complicated, but the staff — the nurses and respiratory care staff and really everyone — was so kind and helpful, they took their time with me and answered all my questions. Dr. Aggarwal was amazing and really listened to me and explained my condition and treatments so clearly, I was really impressed and grateful.

I have been very pleased with all of the women from UM Chester River Home Care who have care for me since January 1. Special kudos to Kiara, Amanda, Brooke and Sarah – very special young women!

My visit to the Diagnostic & Imaging Center was the fastest I had for any type of scanning, it seemed as though the staff understood I had other things to accomplish beyond waiting. The staff was very considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The staff in Radiology at Dorchester was extremely caring and helpful and eased my fears for my treatment as much as possible. I am forever grateful for them. They even worked to create an ongoing treatment plan that allowed me to continue to work, a new type of in-home IV infusion program that my previous doctors had not informed me about. I am so thankful to them!
I adore the Neurology practice. They took my information and needs and helped me to create a plan that worked best for my life. I would tell anyone with neurology needs to see Dr. Kamsheh and I wish I had when I was first diagnosed.

This was my first visit to the lab at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, and the person at the desk (Annetta?) gave a very good first impression by being both pleasant and professional.
