It was a BUSY day for the surgery area at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown. But after a short wait I was in good hands and did not ever feel like I was one more patient to get through the busy “revolving door.” This was my first experience as a patient in same-day surgery where I felt the professionalism and team-centered care first hand. Dorothy was my SDS primary nurse and she was kind, efficient & skilled! The OR and recovery staff, Dr. O’Conner & Dr. Caswell were excellent and made the procedure about as easy as it can get! Diane, a volunteer in the surgery waiting area, was terrific — friendly, professional and I could tell her presence was a help to families and hospital staff! My thanks to everyone.

The quality of care, expertise, professional support and encouragement offered by Sally Worm and her team in the Cardiac Rehab Center at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton has been exceptional. I have met each of my personal rehab goals and continue to move the process forward, While there are several options for exercise facilities in the area, I intend to be a participant at your facility as long as I am able.
I seldom write to compliment folks for doing their jobs, but your team is truly exceptional, Keep up the good work and results! You have many happy rehab customers.

During my stay at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester, the nurses were fabulous! Professional and kind! I received great care and felt that it was personalized to me and my needs. Thank you!

The most important was that the doctor listened, heard my concerns, explained what was going on with me and how he was going to address my illness . He even came back to check on me during the administration of the IV. Excellent service at UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown!
