This week’s “Above & Beyond” celebrates the hard work of team members throughout UM Shore Regional Health in helping to raise our patient satisfaction scores by concentrating on key areas such as cleanliness, nurse communication, and quietness, as well as using the START WITH HEART and HEART strategies in our every day interaction with patients and their family members, referral sources and community partners.
Patient Experience celebrated this progress last week by delivering special HEART cakes for team members in all locations to enjoy.
