Above & Beyond

The following reports from patients and family members reaffirm our staff’s commitment
to putting our patients’ needs first. Please take a minute to say THANKS!

The only reason my brother Richard has been able to stay out of the nursing home is due to the hard work and dedication of nurse Amanda, and the therapists, Brooke, Francis, and Sarah, at Chester River Home Care.

The nurses on 4th floor Telemetry at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton – especially nurse Laurie; and all of the techs – especially Taneshia Wilson and Tyzann Meekins – did an outstanding job for me in their service as well as concern. Keep up the good work and thank you!

The x-ray staff were very friendly and made me feel relaxed. The E.R. receptionist is a very warm person. You can tell that all staff in the E.R. get along very well with each other; it was funning very smooth. Dr. Linville has a very good bed-side manner.  I was confident he could get to the bottom of the problem and he did. Kelsey and Madison (a trainee) were very kind and accommodating.

The Chemotherapy Department at the Cancer Center received a card from a patient who had made a $500 donation in the staff’s honor to the Oncology Nursing Society. The note read:
I felt cared for, listened to and looked after.  I felt your concern, compassion and love.  We give this donation to honor you and to thank you with deep appreciation.
