CARE is the perfect word for the wonderful help, assistance, inspiration, training and thoughtfulness I received from Shore Home Care staff – nurse, Megan Markle and physical therapist, Christina Godfrey. Both made it possible for me to come home after my hospital stay. My husband was left with full care of my condition and they made it much easier for him, and also gave me the confidence that I needed to improve. Megan gave me the feeling that I was being carefully monitored to make sure I was healing properly. Christina encouraged me to push myself in therapy to rapidly improve my ability to function. When I started physical therapy in Denton, I realized just how much she had impacted my progress. I couldn’t have asked for more!

At UM Shore Medical Center at Queenstown, nurse Diane was wonderful; very caring & understanding. She is an absolute BLESSING! And Dr. Greene was amazing; his bedside manner was tops – I have never had a doctor who showed complete understanding & compassion to his patients. He took the time to explain & ease my worries, a very rare trait in today’s world! Thank you, nurse Diane and Dr. Greene.

I can’t say enough good about the staff in the Requard Center for Acute Rehabilitation, they are top of the line. Four weeks past my bilateral hip replacement, I am driving and walking with no cane or walker! I am a retired OR nurse so I appreciate good nursing skill, thank you.

I arrived by ambulance at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester Emergency Department and left in the helicopter. The ED doctors, nurses and radiology staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My overall experience on 4th floor Telemetry at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton was very good. All the nurses, techs & doctors were very understanding, helpful & caring. Thank you all for taking such great care of me during my stay.

In the Emergency Department at UM Shore Emergency Center at Chestertown, Linda Pippin and Susan were awesome. They provided the utmost professionalism which reflects directly on your facilities. The two gentleman who handled my testing were outstanding and should be commended for excellent performance and patient care. Dr. David Zamora is awesome — the kind of doctor Kent County natives expect and an asset to your organization!
