This was my 2nd post-surgical course of therapy with the same therapist at UM Shore Rehab in Queenstown. I found him to be extremely effective – the best. Aside from the therapist’s effectiveness, the range of equipment (always in good repair) was enormously helpful and makes an excellent argument for on-site therapy as opposed to in-home.

I cannot imagine a better ER experience than we had at the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester. Thanks to Dr. Villaruz for not chasing out family. For members of a wedding party allowed to stay!? Wonderful!

In the Cardiac Cath Lab, I was made to feel at ease with everything. The receptionist answered my questions and the procedure was done very smoothly and everyone involved made it a nice experience rather than something stressful.

I would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff on floor 2 of UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown who gave attention to my husband during his admission and brief stay… he was admitted after experiencing a seizure while at home. I am thankful that in the ER agreed to allow my husband to stay at the hospital overnight as his condition Dr. Davis deteriorated thereafter.
Dr. Haider Saffar was instrumental in making connections to UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, which allowed my husband to receive further treatment. Dr. Saffar was completely professional, articulate and sensitive to family concern during this difficult time.
I am thankful the hospital is minutes away and I cannot speak enough of the attentive care my husband received during his stay. Please extend my heartfelt thank you to all.

Nurse “Nancy” (10 a.m. appt. CAT scan) at the lab on Teal Drive was very understanding about the dizziness I am going thru. She showed great compassion in helping me up & making sure I was stable to walk.

At the Diagnostic and Imaging Center, both Debbie Harmon and Nancy Knotts are very knowledgeable and very good at explaining every step of the process to the patients.

At the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Easton, my entire procedure was accomplished with great skill and exceptional kindness. The nursing staff worked together always helping each other with obvious willingness to do so.

Fantastic experience in the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton. We were very scared of how sick our daughter was, and everyone took great care of her. The staff was very responsive and explained long wait times. All nurses were excellent! Fantastic with a scared, 3 year old child. Also, very sweet techs – great with kids.
